Illustrative artwork, not a research photograph or prototype image.

01

The challenge

How might interaction design contribute to digital enrichment for dogs?

02

My role

I carried out an animal-centred research and design project as my master's thesis. It brought together behavioural research, prototyping and evaluation.

03

The approach

  • Framed a design question using animal-centred research.
  • Developed and evaluated a physical interaction prototype.
  • Used behavioural observations to inform design decisions.
04

What emerged

The evaluation informed future design directions. I can discuss the research process and my role in an interview; technical documentation is not included in this public portfolio.
